GottRev LLC ("GottRev," "we," "us," or "our") operates gottrev.com, the LeverageOS platform, and related services (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you share when you join our launch list, book a call, fill out a form, become a client, or contact us.
- Communications data — the contents of messages you exchange with us, including emails and text messages, and records of calls with our team. Where sales or service calls are recorded or transcribed, this is done consistent with applicable law and with required notices or consent.
- Usage information — standard technical data collected when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services;
- To respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct calls, and provide customer support;
- To send you updates you've requested — such as launch announcements, onboarding information, appointment reminders, and service notifications;
- To send marketing communications where you have opted in (you can opt out at any time);
- To analyze usage and improve our website and offerings;
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and Services.
3. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from GottRev, the following terms apply:
- Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from GottRev, which may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, customer care messages, account and service notifications, and — only where you have expressly agreed — marketing or promotional messages.
- Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
- Opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at hello@gottrev.com.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our Services without agreeing to receive marketing text messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors only to the extent necessary to provide and support the messaging service itself (for example, our messaging platform provider).
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Services — such as hosting, scheduling, payment processing, email delivery, and text-messaging platforms (e.g., Twilio) — and who may use the information only to perform services for us;
- Legal and safety recipients, where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GottRev, our clients, or others;
- Business transfer recipients, if GottRev is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — including maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes — and then delete or de-identify it.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices & Rights
- Email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any message or by contacting us.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time (see Section 3).
- Access, correction, deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@gottrev.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites and services (for example, scheduling pages). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
